Invitation
to yourself.

Many people feel it long before they fall over. Sleeping badly, a mind that keeps working at night, less desire for the things that used to give energy. Not burnout, but on the way there if nothing changes.

Does this sound familiar?

You have a full life, and you want it that way. You work hard, you're doing well, you want to achieve a lot. And at the same time you notice it pulls a little too hard. That you're running on reserves without knowing how long that will hold.

You might think: I'll be fine, after a holiday I'll be back. Or: I've tried a meditation app, but that doesn't work when my mind won't stop. You don't recognise yourself in stories about burnout, because it hasn't gone that far. And that is exactly where the space is to do something about it.

What it brings you

Not less busy.
Different within the busyness.

After three months you know how relaxation works for you, even when it stays busy. You notice earlier when things start to shift. And you have something that is yours: a way to come back to yourself that fits how your life looks.

You don't have to turn your life upside down. You just learn to listen better to what your system is telling you, and to make space in small moments. What I see happen in people: they become calmer without working hard for it, they grow proud of small things, and they make choices they didn't make before.

How it works

Three months,
online, yours.

We begin with an intake of an hour, with a scan that shows where you stand now. Then come regular moments: short check-ins by phone, somewhat longer video conversations, and a closing conversation. Every four weeks we repeat the scan, so you see what is shifting.

In between you work daily with short sessions, tuned to where you are: yoga nidra, breathwork, grounding, sleep. And you have a line to me for the moments when it chafes. Not a helpline, but a place to put something down.

It asks something of you. Not much, but something: small moments, every day. It's not a quick fix and not therapy. It's a way to take better care of yourself before things go wrong.

From whom

I'm Sabine Kloos. I've experienced myself what prolonged pressure does to a person, and what it takes to come out of it. That experience, together with my training in coaching and in NSDR, I've brought into this programme.

Want to know if it fits you? I'd be glad to meet, tell you what it involves, and then we explore together whether it's something for you. No obligations. Just seeing whether it fits.
